This is an agility drill which can be incorporated into almost any workout. There are many ways to adjust the movement patterns to increase the level of difficulty, however this is the basic format. This is a nice change of pace drill to keep your workouts interesting. Check out this video (which has also been added to the Exercise Videos on the right side of the blog) for a demonstration. I apologize for the ad before the video but it was the best example out there. A diagram with explanation has also been placed in the Cage. Once the weather warms up we can get the dots spray painted outside the Cage.
