Physical fitness and wellness is vitally important to every law enforcement officer. Beyond the ordinary dangers to good health, situations may arise where a human life depends on the endurance, strength, and agility of a responding officer. This blog will be used in conjunction with the Voluntary Fitness Program to provide all officers with helpful fitness tips including a workout of the day (W.O.D.)and nutritional pointers.

hi just want to know distance of ramps for sprints
ReplyDeletehey its jay here any details on the ramp sprints eg gradient and length the site is going well guys well done
ReplyDeleteJay- Sorry it took so long to get back to you. The ramp sprints are approximately 40 yards in length from bottom of ramp to top. The first 20 yards or so is level grade with the last 20 yards at a medium grade (probably around 10%) Hope this helps.
