W.O.D. - 8/7/09

AMRAP- 20 Minutes

Ramp Sprint
5 Pull Ups
10 Rocky Sit Ups
10 Deadlifts (135 lbs)

Rocky Sit Ups are named after the movie Rocky. Do a regular sit up and at the top touch opposite elbow to opposite knee for a 4 count. Left elbow to right knee, right elbow to left knee, left elbow to right knee, right elbow to right knee. This is one Rocky Sit Up.
