CrossFit Oakland is hosting a OPD Fallen Hero Work Out in memory of the four Oakland Police Dept Officers murdered. The workout is posted on our white board. You can do this workout in place of today's W.O.D. I participated with Lou Hayes this morning and hope some of our other Fitness Group Members do the same. Our prayers go out to the families and friends of Sgt Mark Dunakin, Ofc John Hege, Sgt Daniel Sakai, and Sgt Ervin Romans, as well as, the rest of the OPD family.
