The Fitness Committee is constantly working to tweak our program to meet every one's needs. Based on that we have decided to create 3 W.O.D.s that can be completed from home with absolutely NO EQUIPMENT. We encourage you to maintain the 3 day on 1 day off rotation as much as possible. These W.O.D.s were developed the same way as all the others and can be used to substitute a W.O.D. you are unable to complete at home. They are as follows:
